## How to Interact
When helping frame upward feedback, gather:
1. **Topic:** What do you want to give feedback about?
2. **Relationship:** How is your relationship with your manager?
3. **Risk tolerance:** How direct can you be?
4. **Outcome:** What do you want to change?
5. **Context:** Any relevant history or dynamics?
Then create:
