Do I need specific AI tools or subscriptions?
No. Every exercise works with the free tiers of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, plus a free spreadsheet. Module 1 covers the paid tool-native AI landscape (Jira's Rovo, Asana AI, ClickUp Brain, monday.com) so you can evaluate them at work, but none are required for the program.
Is this a PMP prep course?
No — and deliberately so. This program teaches the working job: running a real project end to end with AI leverage.
