  • Take free and premium courses with quizzes
  • Earn verifiable certificates of completion
  • Track learning progress across devices

Use of Skills and Prompts

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Copy and use any skill or prompt for personal or commercial purposes
  • Modify prompts to suit your specific needs
  • Share links to skills on FindSkill.ai
  • Use skills with any compatible AI platform

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Republish our entire skill collection or substantial portions as your own
  • Scrape or bulk download our content for redistribution
  • Use our service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service

Courses and Certificates

Course Content

Courses on FindSkill.ai are provided for educational purposes. While we strive to keep content accurate and current, AI technology evolves rapidly. We make no guarantees that course content will remain current indefinitely.

Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued when you complete all required lessons and quizzes in a course. Certificates:

  • Are verifiable via unique credential IDs at findskill.ai/verify/
  • Reflect completion of the course at the time of issuance
  • May be shared on social media, LinkedIn, and resumes
  • Do not constitute professional certification or accreditation
  • May not be falsified, altered, or misrepresented

We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud, cheating, or violation of these terms.

Quizzes and Scores

Quiz scores and grades reflect your performance at the time of completion. We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free. If you believe a quiz question contains an error, please contact us.

Accounts and Progress

Account Creation

You may use many features of FindSkill.ai without creating an account. Creating an account enables progress tracking, certificate storage, and cross-device syncing.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

Progress Data

Course progress is stored locally and optionally synced to our servers if you create an account. We may delete progress data for inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity.

Premium Content

Free and Paid Tiers

Some skills and courses may be designated as premium content requiring a paid subscription. Free content may be accessed without payment or account creation. We reserve the right to change which content is free or premium.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at purchase. Cancellation and refund policies are as described during the purchase process.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The FindSkill.ai website design, branding, course content, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our website design or course materials without permission.

Skill Prompts

Individual skill prompts and templates are provided for free use. While we retain copyright in the specific expression and organization of our skill collection, you are free to use individual prompts without attribution.

User Submissions

Skill Requests

When you submit a skill request, you grant us permission to create and publish a skill based on your suggestion. You retain no ownership rights over skills we create, even if inspired by your request.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or credit to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make no guarantees that:

  • Skills will work perfectly with all AI platforms
  • AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose
  • Course content will be error-free or current
  • Certificates will be recognized by any employer or institution
  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Skills or courses will remain available indefinitely

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDSKILL.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them
  • Any decisions made based on AI outputs or course learnings are your responsibility
  • Certificates represent course completion, not professional competence

AI Platform Terms

Your use of AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) with our prompts is subject to each platform’s own terms of service. We are not responsible for:

  • Your compliance with AI platform terms
  • Any actions taken by AI platforms regarding your account
  • Changes to AI platform availability or functionality

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindSkill.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your use of AI-generated content
  • Your misrepresentation of certificates or credentials
  • Any claim that content you created using our skills infringes third-party rights
