Does this cover HUD fair housing and NAR Code compliance?
Yes. Lesson 3 covers the AI-assisted listing description with explicit discussion of Fair Housing Act steering risk (including what happened to HUD's 2024 advertising guidance, withdrawn in 2025). Lesson 6 is a dedicated compliance lesson covering NAR Standard of Practice 12-5, state REC guidance, and the virtual-staging disclosure rules.
