Is this free?

Does this cover HUD fair housing and NAR Code compliance?
Yes. Lesson 3 covers the AI-assisted listing description with explicit discussion of HUD May 2024 guidance on discriminatory steering language. Lesson 6 is a dedicated compliance lesson covering NAR Standard of Practice 12-5, state REC guidance, and the virtual-staging disclosure rules.
