Do I need to buy a license to take this course?
No. Copilot Studio has a free trial that lets you build and test agents — you just need a work or school Microsoft account. The trial can't publish agents, so Lesson 8 shows both paths: publishing on a licensed tenant and documenting your build on a trial. Lesson 1 walks through signup click by click.
Is this the same as Microsoft 365 Copilot or the agent builder in Teams?
No, and mixing them up is the #1 beginner confusion. Microsoft 365 Copilot is the assistant inside Word and Teams. Agent builder is a lightweight tool inside Copilot Chat. Copilot Studio is the full studio where real agents get built. Lesson 1 gives you the complete family map.
Will the screenshots match what I see? Microsoft changes this product constantly.

Do I need to know Power Automate or any coding?
