Common Issues

Account & Sign-In

  • Can’t sign in? Try resetting your password or use a magic link from the sign-in screen.
  • Apple / Google sign-in issues? Make sure you’re using the same provider you originally signed up with.
  • Want to delete your account? Email support@findskill.ai and we’ll remove your data within 7 days.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to manage or cancel.
  • Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Web subscriptions can be managed from your account page.
  • Restore Purchases in the iOS app (Profile tab) if your Pro access isn’t showing up.

Lessons & Courses

  • Lesson not loading? Pull down to refresh, or check your internet connection.
  • Progress not syncing? Make sure you’re signed in on both devices with the same account.
  • Certificate not appearing? Complete all lessons in a course, then visit the course detail screen.

iOS App

  • Minimum requirement: iOS 18 or later.
  • Crashes or bugs? Email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing.
